04 / How buying works
From first call to first invoice.
- 01 Load a prepaid wallet in rupees. Minimum top-up ₹500. Start with what suits you.
- 02 We set up your account and access, or build the workflow with you.
- 03 Run any model we carry. Swap models without a new vendor.
- 04 One GST invoice per top-up, in the business name and GSTIN on your account. Each top-up is invoiced when it lands. Usage then draws the balance down. Caps and visibility the whole way.

Set a hard cap for each team and track usage live. Spend stops at the limit you set.

06 / Pricing rules
Seven rules. The same ones in the small print.
You pay in rupees before you use anything. Every model's rupee price is shown before you buy. Email us and we send the current price sheet the same day. We only change these with 7 days' email notice.
- Minimum top-up
- ₹500. Your first top-up is capped at ₹2,000; the second opens 48 hours later.
- Expiry
- Never. Your balance stays until you use it.
- Refunds
- Unused balance back on request, within 7 working days, to the same payment method.
- How you pay
- UPI or bank transfer, with no fee, credited to your balance within 24 hours of our approving the payment. Card payments are not open yet; when they open they carry a fixed 2% processing fee, shown as its own line — ₹200 on a ₹10,000 top-up.
- Model prices
- Per token, shown before you buy. Models are priced in dollars, so your balance is kept in dollars. Each top-up converts at that day's rate, shown on the invoice.
- Invoice
- One GST invoice per top-up, in the business name and GSTIN on your account. Check both before you pay.
- Account approval
- Within 24 hours of sign-up, weekends included, before your first top-up.

You start at our ceiling, not a fresh account’s.
And for open models, more than one supplier serving the same build. If a supplier fails, we move you.
08 / Support
The help a big account gets. The hands a small team needs.
The big platforms save their account managers for their biggest logos. The small shops hand you a key and leave you to wire the stack yourself. We do both: a manager who knows your account, and a team that builds the workflow with you and stays on after it ships. When something breaks, you reach a founder. Not a ticket queue.
